China and the US reached a temporary tariff suspension protocol: Both sides will suspend the implementation of 24% tariffs for an initial period of 90 days.

According to Wu, the Ministry of Commerce of China has announced that China and the United States have issued a joint statement on the Geneva economic and trade talks, stating that both parties will suspend the implementation of 24% tariffs for the initial 90 days, while retaining the right to impose the remaining 10% tariffs on these goods as stipulated by the executive order.
