Asset management companies Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary, CoinShares, Franklin, 21Shares, and WisdomTree submitted the S-1 amendment documents for the XRP Spot ETF. The updated documents changed the structure of some funds, allowing for the creation of XRP or cash and cash or physical redemptions, rather than just simple cash creations and redemptions. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated, "These documents are almost certainly in response to feedback from the U.S. SEC. This is a good sign, but also basically expected." (TheBlock)
