If the performance criteria are not met, the loan for the non-compliant month will be subject to the **pre-agreed interest rate** . * Once the required **daily average derivatives open interest** is met, the client becomes eligible for **interest-free benefits** , with **each Tier enjoying a three-month loan period** . * **Loan Upgrade:** Upon the expiry of the current loan term, if the derivatives open interest requirement is still met, clients may apply for a higher loan quota and move up to a higher Tier for the next interest-free evaluation. **If the performance target is not met, interest will be charged at the pre-agreed rate;** if the target is met, **a new three-month loan period will begin** , continuing up to the highest Tier. **Important Reminders:** 1. OI Loan is issued under the **Unified Account** , and the loan funds can **only be used for margin trading in the spot market** . 2. All loans under this program require margin collateral.
