Enjoy the Spring Equinox Together: Gate Charity Hosts Children's Education Support and Art Therapy Event

During the spring equinox, Gate Charity partnered with the Jingjuan Children’s Safety and Education Foundation to host “Spring Equinox Fun,” a meaningful event aimed at supporting children’s education and providing art therapy.

The spring equinox marks the rejuvenation of nature, with flowers blooming everywhere. The event, themed around the spring equinox, seeks to guide children to express emotions, stimulate imagination, and find solace in art, drawing inspiration from the themes of renewal and agricultural activity associated with the season.

Volunteers from Gate Charity provided gifts, supplies, and shared delicious meals with the children during the event. Notably, Gate Charity extended a special invitation to Auspicious Pattern Archeology (a creator, uses the way of illustration to expression traditional auspicious pattern culture, that is an ancient pattern culture with blessings. Instagram: @apa0824) to create a theme artwork based on the spring equinox, providing the outline as a template for guiding children’s creations. According to Gate Charity, the artwork by Jingwen Archaeological Illustration Design, along with the children’s creations, will be minted into NFTs for charity sales. The proceeds from the NFT sales will be reinvested into collaborative efforts, contributing to the cause of children’s education.

The Jingjuan Children’s Safety and Education Foundation, the partner of this event, was established by the families of victims and compassionate individuals following a tragic kindergarten bus accident. The foundation is committed to promoting child safety, advocating for education to empower children with safety knowledge from an early age, and thereby reducing the occurrence of accidents. They continuously exert influence in policy advocacy, implementing safety education, serving trauma cases, disseminating influential ideas, and fulfilling corporate social responsibility.
